How long have you been working at Brammibal’s?
Since May 2022!
What does a typical day look like for you?
My days vary a lot. I usually have one shoot a week and the rest of my time is split between the office or working in one of the shops. On a shoot day, I can either be in Hamburg or Berlin. We have shoots specifically for photo and video content and every one is slightly different. If we do a bakery shoot we sometimes start the day at about 3am! Those days are particularly exciting. If I am not on a shoot, I am usually planning future campaigns or shop openings, collaborating with content creators and other brands, planning events with our Marketing team, communicating with our charity partners, and sometimes I even go to donut tastings for upcoming flavours…those are the most delicious meetings!
What do you enjoy most about your job?
One thing I love is sitting in one of our locations working and overhearing how much people love Brammibal’s! I am really grateful that my job is so varied, and that I get to share all of my colleagues hard work with all of you! I also love collaborating with lots of creative people and all feeding off one another to create really fantastic end results. We really try to be ahead of the curve and plan lots of exciting things which you hopefully won’t have seen coming!
What is the most challenging thing about your job?
…Probably just being ready for anything! Social Media reacts so quickly which means we have to be on the ball!
