Meet Gwladys, one of our longest employed team members who is now in charge of training our amazing FOH teams. She started her path working in a Brammibal’s cafĂ© and then worked her way to taking over her own shop as Shop Manager and now to being in charge of training people to become the best Baristas. What does a typical day look like for you?
It is hard to say as so far everyday has been different. But you might find me at the coffee training center in our bakery planning and/or giving Coffee and Customer service training, I could also be at the office creating training content, or in the stores doing quality control checks.

What’s the thing you most enjoy about your job and what’s the biggest challenge?
I really enjoy teaching coffee workshops, particularly the sensory/tasting part. The hardest part of the job is resisting the donuts! They are so delicious…
