Inspired by Sophia Hoffmann’s beloved dog Ella, this donut is a delicious mix of hazelnut, caramel, and cuteness.
A fluffy filled donut with smooth hazelnut–caramel custard, dipped in caramel glaze and rolled in finely chopped hazelnuts. On top, chocolate–caramel ears and a hand-piped ganache dog face make it almost too cute to eat — almost.

This donut is inspired by our customer Emi, who suggested this delightful flavour during our customer flavour contest. It’s filled with delicious pistachio cream, covered with vanilla glaze, and topped with salted roasted pistachios for the perfect crunch.

You don’t know Bienenstich yet? Well, ask any German around you and we promise they will start raving about it. This donut is filled with our homemade vanilla custard made with organic vanilla, then dunked in a vanilla glaze, and topped with roasted slivered almonds.
