Shipping

For our merchandise products, we work with DHL as our shipping provider within Germany and across Europe. Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including tracking information.

Shipping costs are charged at a flat rate of
– €5.49 within Germany
– €13.99 within Europe

All prices include the statutory VAT of 19 %. Shipments are insured and sent with tracking.

All available items are displayed on our merchandise page, are in stock, and ready for immediate dispatch.
If you would like to order a larger quantity than is currently available, please contact us in advance.

Delivery Time

Orders are shipped from Monday to Friday.
Within Germany, delivery usually takes 3–5 working days, depending on the logistics provider DHL.
No deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays.

Payment

You can pay in our online shop using PayPal, credit card, Apple Pay, or SOFORT (Klarna).

Please note: If you choose payment by bank transfer, dispatch may be delayed by 1–2 working days, as shipment takes place only after receipt of payment.
